55g.com reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to satisfy any eligibility requirement, or providing false information in connection with eligibility, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full features of the 55g.com Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 55g.com. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are obligated to update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 55g.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 55g.com may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID).
• Account Suspension: 55g.com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

55g.com supports a range of payment methods tailored to Filipino players, including GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 55g.com staff through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any technical error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.

All content on the 55g.com Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 55g.com or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from 55g.com.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any 55g.com trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of 55g.com's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 55g.com.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55g.com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical errors, system outages, or interruptions in service.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the Platform's services for any reason, including scheduled maintenance.

• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account for cause, 55g.com reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 55g.com Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 55g.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
